Karen is a climate change and development professional with a background in architecture. She founded SCALE so climate knowledge could be accessible, practical, and grounded in both evidence and the lived reality of communities.

Programmes Officer
Jessica brings over 10 years of experience in education and community engagement. She leads programme design, coordination, and delivery, making sure each initiative fits its context, includes those often left out, and responds when needs shift.
